The Africa IPv6 Cybersecurity Task Force is a collaborative initiative formed to address the urgent need for secure, scalable internet infrastructure across the African continent. Bringing together experts in IPv6 and cybersecurity, our task force unites government bodies, research institutions, private sector partners, and technical professionals under a common mission:

We champion the continent-wide adoption of IPv6, recognising that it is essential to Africa's long-term digital security and scalability. Through awareness campaigns and policy advocacy, we aim to make IPv6 the standard for all internet infrastructure in Africa.
Cybersecurity Capacity Building
Our task force provides essential resources to equip IT professionals, policymakers, and network operators with the skills to implement IPv6 securely. By developing these capabilities, we aim to build a skilled workforce ready to address Africa's cybersecurity needs.
Incident Reporting and Response Framework
Recognizing the critical need for effective cybersecurity incident response, we have created frameworks that support real-time incident reporting, collaborative responses, and rapid threat mitigation.
